I have always had a love of movement and dance, I  find that there is such joy and peace that comes with moving the body to music. 

After the last few years of emotional turbulence, uncertainty and division within the community I felt inspired to start a business that could offer a safe inclusive space free of judgement for people to connect, move our bodies and to just be. All while enjoying the mental and physical benefits of an amazing workout. I am a certified barre instructor (Jodi Barre-Yoga, IBBFA - International Ballet Barre Fitness Association) including pre-natal and special populations.

So what is Barre exactly?

Barre is a low impact, high-intensity workout designed to strengthen and tone the entire body. By fusing elements of ballet barre conditioning, pilates and yoga, barre is tough on muscles but kind on joints.

Barre is for everyone regardless of your experience or fitness level. Exercises can be modified whether you're just starting out, pregnant or have an injury; if you're more advanced or looking for a challenge, exercises can also be amplified.
